The invention relates to a pneumatic control valve (1), such as a dual-circuit brake value transmitter in a compressed-air brake system of a vehicle for controlling a brake pressure corresponding to a desired braking effect. For an economical design that is easy to assemble, according to the invention the first plate valve (14) is arranged, in an axially movable and sealed manner, on a carrier (29), which can be inserted into the lower housing part (2) and which also comprises the accommodating space (42, 43) for the second valve piston (30), and the second plate valve (37) is arranged, in an axially movable and sealed manner, on a venting piece (46), which has a venting passage (47) led out from the lower housing part (2) and which can be inserted into the second accommodating space (50), which is accessible from the side facing the upper housing part (3).
