A problem to be solved by the present invention is that air does not flow all through the interior of a fiber pad (12a-F), and it is not possible to adequately remove heat or moisture enclosed between a passenger's gluteal parts, etc., and a seat cushion (12), etc. To this end, the fiber pad (12a-F) is disposed in a portion of a urethane pad (12a-U) of the seat cushion (12) continuously from the upper face to the lower face of the urethane pad (12a-U). A space which becomes a chamber (22) is left below the fiber pad (12a-F), the lower face of the urethane pad (12a-U) is covered with a bottom panel (24), and a cut-out (24a) which communicates with the chamber (22) is formed in the bottom panel (24). An air intake means (26) is attached upon the lower face of the bottom panel (24) below the cut-out (24a). When the air intake means (26) is driven, air is drawn in from the upper face of the fiber pad (12a-F) through the fiber pad (12a-F) and flows into the chamber (22), and the airflow is rectified while the air flows through the chamber (22), making the air within the fiber pad (12a-F) flow in a rectified state. Consequently, air flows into the fiber pad (12a-F) along with heat or moisture from the gluteal parts, etc., of a passenger even from the periphery of a space directly above the fiber pad (12a-F), and the heat or moisture is removed.
