The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for intelligently guiding a user to an elevator/escalator. The method includes: determining (11) a current location of the user; acquiring (12) a starting floor and a target floor of the user; acquiring (13) route data for arriving at a target elevator/escalator based on the current location of the user, the starting floor and the target floor; and guiding (14) the user to the target elevator/escalator based on the route data. Through the method for intelligently guiding a user to an elevator/escalator provided by the present disclosure, a most convenient elevator/escalator riding scheme can be intelligently recommended to a user located in a large-scale place or building, and the user can be guided to ride the target elevator/escalator, saving elevator/escalator searching time for the user.
