The present invention refers to a windscreen wiper unit (10) for a motor vehicle comprising : - a wiper motor (12), - a drive unit (14) with an output shaft (18), - a crank (20) linked to the output shaft (18) and configured for transmitting a movement of the output shaft (18) to a linkage rod or a wiper arm, wherein the output shaft (18) and the crank (20) are made of a single monobloc element (24, 24') comprising at least one angled portion.
