The invention relates to a station (1) for measuring data and/or collecting biofouling in an underwater environment, comprising: - a modular framework (10) comprising rigid modules (100) superposed on a substantially vertical axis and intended to be continuously immersed in the underwater environment, said modules defining a volume, referred to as interior volume, inside said framework, - a base (11), resting on the seabed and acting as ballast, to which the lowermost module of the framework is attached, - data measurement sensors (103) and/or biofouling collection devices (104) mounted on the modules of the framework, - a central buoy (12) connected by cables (120) to at least one module (100) or to the base so that the cables are present inside said interior volume, the central buoy being intended to tension the cables to provide the station with stability and/or keep it vertical.
