A cooling system includes a first boiler (28) defining a first flow path (24) with a first thermal load (32). A second heat exchanger (30) defines a second flow path (26) with a second thermal load (34). A reservoir (21) is configured to communicate a working fluid (22) to at least one of the first boiler (28) and second heat exchanger (30). A pump (40) is configured to selectively exhaust the working fluid (22) to an ambient environment. A method is also disclosed.
