The invention relates to an improved aerodynamic wheel trim for a vehicle wheel, particularly for a motor vehicle wheel. The wheel has a cylindrical rim (11) and a disc (12) comprising radial apertures (12A) formed by vanes (15) arranged radially between the central hub and the peripheral edge (11A) of the rim (11). The aerodynamic wheel trim according to the invention also has radial apertures (20A) formed by wheel trim vanes (25) arranged radially between the central part (21) of the wheel trim and the peripheral edge (22) thereof, so that the wheel trim vanes (25) divert the lateral air flow indirectly and guide it through the radial apertures (12A) of the wheel disc (12). The wheel trim vanes (25) have a profile of the "CLARK Y" "air foil" type and the wheel trim vanes (25) are inclined by an angle of between 3° and 13° of angle.
