A thermostatic valve (14), coupled to an electrochemical power source and having: a valve body (15); a first fluid inlet (15a) for a hot electrolytic fluid; a second fluid inlet (15b) for a cold electrolytic fluid; an outlet (15c) supplying a mixed electrolytic fluid; and regulating means (18, 32) for adjusting the mixing. The valve body defines a first opening (30a), in communication with the second fluid inlet (15b) for the cold electrolytic fluid; and a second opening (30b), in communication with the first fluid inlet (15a) for the passage of the hot electrolytic fluid; the regulating means include an adjustment baffle (32), interposed between the first and second openings and the outlet (15c), and rotatably drivable to vary a useful passage section (S f1 , S f2 ) and adjust the mixing. The first and second openings are designed to mix the electrolytic fluids in different proportions, maintaining the flow rate and introduced load losses unvaried, as the rotation angle (±) of the adjustment baffle (32) varies.
