A detector (200) is a device for detecting insulation decrease of an electric system included in a vehicle. An external terminal (170) is configured to be connectable with a terminal (410) of a power supply cable (440) connected to a power supply device (500). A power supply relay (160), which is provided between the external terminal (170) and a power line (PL, NL), is controlled by a vehicle ECU (300) to be in a close state during external power supply from the electrically powered vehicle (100) to the power supply device (500). Here, when the insulation decrease of the electric system is detected by the detector (200), the vehicle ECU (300) controls the power supply relay (160) to come into an open state.
