A travel plan assigns one of the first mode and the second mode to each of the sections (K1-K6), which are included in the travel route. An assessing section (152) assesses a tendency (R, ±) of assignment of the first mode in the travel route. A notifying section (123) notifies information (161) that corresponds to the tendency (R, ±) assessed by the assessing section (152).
