An aircraft (201) includes a first rotor assembly (213a), a second rotor assembly (213b), and a rotor phase angle control system (300). The system (300) includes a phase adjustor (109) operably associated with the first rotor assembly (213a) and the second rotor assembly (213b). The method includes sensing vibrations exerted on the aircraft (201) and offsetting a phase angle of the first rotor assembly (213a) and the second rotor assembly (213b) to minimize the vibrations.
