A thrust reverser track beam (100) is disclosed. The thrust reverser track beam (100) may comprise a recess (106) defined by a reception surface (116) and/or a perimeter surface (114) surrounding the reception surface (116) and extending away from the reception surface (116), wherein the reception surface (116) and the perimeter surface (114) bound a recess (106) that is configured to receive a noise suppressing structure. The thrust reverser track beam may further comprise the noise suppressing structure (108). The recess (106) is generally triangular in shape and may extend away from a plane. The noise suppressing structure (108) may be generally triangular in shape and may extend away from a plane. The noise suppressing structure (108) may be coupled within the recess (106) of the track beam (100) and/or to the track beam (100).
