Provided are a pipe-laying ship and a method of laying a pipeline using the same. The pipe-laying ship includes: a platform which is installed along a pipe-laying path of a pipeline and on which one or more work stations for assembling the pipeline are placed, a stinger that is connected adjacent to one end of the platform and guides the pipeline to a seabed, and a lift actuator that adjusts an inclination of the platform.
