The outboard motor control system comprises a plurality of outboard motors, a vibration detecting section, and a control section. The outboard motors are mounted on a stern of a watercraft. Each of the outboard motors includes a propeller. The outboard motors are configured to be steered independently of one another. The vibration detecting section is configured to detect a vibration of the outboard motors. The control section is configured to execute a vibration suppressing control when the vibration detecting section detects a vibration of the outboard motors. With the vibration suppressing control, the control section is configured to change a propeller rotational axis direction and/or a propeller position of at least one of the outboard motors.
