The satellite has lateral module (55) which is arranged between upper module (52) and lower module (53), and deployed to operational configuration of satellite in orbit by rotation in relation to axis Z oriented towards earth. The two planes and main surfaces (55f, 55j) are termed dissipative surfaces to dissipate by radiation quantity of heat generated by facilities of satellite. The surfaces are held in manner parallel to plane of orbit in operational configuration to limit solar flux received by surfaces and to optimize quantity of heat dissipated by lateral module.
