A replacement vibration absorbing device (62) for replacing a wear wrap (52) on a flexbeam (26, 27) includes a sleeve having a plurality of layers of vibration absorbing material (56, 58, 60), wherein an edge of the sleeve is cut so that the sleeve may be installed around a generally central portion of a flexbeam.
