The pipe is a resin-made fuel inlet pipe, including: a tubular inner layer (1); and an outer layer (2) laminated on an outer peripheral surface thereof, in which: the inner layer (1) is formed of a resin having fuel resistance; the outer layer (2) is formed of the following resin (A); and the inner layer (1) and the outer layer (2) are in a substantially non-adherent state: (A) a resin having a tensile elongation at 8 m/s measured by a high-speed tensile test of 200% or more.
