The method involves calculating a rolling command (42) of an aircraft using an angular variation between a line passing by a given point and an aircraft, and alignment direction. Stored wind speed (Vw-mem) is obtained from a wind speed calculated from values of two speeds (Vair, Vsol), where one of the speeds is equal to aircraft speed relative to a reference frame linked to ground, and the other speed is equal to air speed relative to surrounding air. The values are taken into account simultaneously in a prior moment or a moment during which the aircraft begins at an alignment phase. An independent claim is also included for an aircraft guidance system for correcting deviation of trajectory of an aircraft due to presence of wind.
