The invention relates to a level control valve (1) for an air suspension device for controlling the level of the body (3) of air-suspended vehicles by supplying air to at least one piece of air spring bellows (2, 4) according to the vertical position of the vehicle body (3). Said level control valve (1) comprises at least two valve bodies (12, 14) which are mounted within a valve housing (10) and which contact each other and can be moved relative to each other along contact surfaces (6, 8). Flow paths (20, 22, 24, 26, 32, 34) that run into the contact surfaces (6, 8) are formed in the valve bodies (12, 14). One valve body (12) is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner within the valve housing (10), while the other valve body (14) can be rotated relative to the one valve body (12) about an axis (36) according to the vertical position of the vehicle body (3), the mouths of the flow paths (20, 22, 24, 26, 32, 34) in the valve bodies (12, 14) overlapping to a certain degree. According to the invention, the rotationally fixed valve body (12) is mounted within the valve housing (10) in such a way as to be axially movable relative to the axis (36) and delimits, by means of its lateral surface (40) facing away from the contact surface (6), several chambers (42, 44, 46) that are formed in the valve housing (10). One (42) of said chambers is fluidically connected to a compressed air reservoir (28), and at least one other chamber (44, 46) is fluidically connected to the at least one piece of air spring bellows (2, 4), one valve body (12) being urged against the other valve body (14) by the pressure prevailing in the chambers (42, 44, 46).
