The motorcycle (1) includes a power unit (30) having an output shaft (35) in a crankcase (32) of an internal combustion engine (31), a fuel injection system (45) mounted to the power unit, the fuel tank (50), the fuel pump unit (51) by which a fuel in the fuel tank is supplied to the fuel injection system through a fuel passage, the fuel filter device (55) connected to the fuel passage on the downstream side relative to the fuel pump unit, and a rear cushion (23) provided in a vertically oriented state on the front side of a rear wheel (19). The fuel supply system for the motorcycle (1) is characterized in that the fuel pump unit is disposed outside the fuel tank, on the rear side of the output shaft and on the front side of the rear cushion, and the fuel filter device is disposed on the upper side of the crankcase.
