In the present invention, a content receiving section 107 receives content from a content server 101 by means of broadcasting or communication, and playback by a playback section 109 is switched by a playback control section 108 between stored content stored in a storage section 103 and content received by content receiving section 107 based on at least one of stored content playback conditions and reception conditions of content received by means of broadcasting or communication.
