PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell device capable of suppressing transmission of heat of a switch device for controlling input/output of power to/from a battery.SOLUTION: A cell device 10 includes multiple attachment parts provided so that heat from a heat release member 6 can be transferred, and attached directly or indirectly to a vehicle side member with a configuration capable of releasing heat the vehicle side member. An attachment part 15a2, out of the multiple attachment parts, is at a position closest to a first power element 3, and an attachment part 15a3 is at a position closest to a second power element 4. In a plan view, a battery pack 13 is installed outside a heat radiation path area AR1 formed by connecting an outer shape of the first power element 3 and an outer shape of the attachment part 15a2 at a position closest to the power element.
