And optimizing the ARIMA model by using the whale algorithm, analyzing the historical distribution instruction, and outputting a control instruction. And extracting distribution influence data through feature engineering, and adjusting a control instruction in combination with communication protocol data and user demand data to generate a CAN instruction. And constructing a main program, a sampling interruption program and a communication interruption program, controlling the operation of the charging pile module according to a CAN instruction, and realizing system initialization, background circulation and fault detection. According to the invention, the control instruction is predicted through the WOA-ARIMA model, the prediction capability and the resource distribution efficiency of the charging pile module are enhanced, the charging demand is predicted more accurately, the mining high-voltage input is satisfied, and a high-frequency and high-efficiency charging modular product can be realized.

    本发明提供一种高效率的电压兼容式控制方法及充电桩模块,涉及电压兼容技术领域,该方法包括通过采集用户习惯数据和历史数据,结合实时监控的多模块状态数据,从用户习惯数据中提取通讯协议数据和用户需求数据。利用鲸鱼算法优化ARIMA模型分析历史分配指令,输出控制指令。通过特征工程提取分配影响数据,结合通讯协议数据和用户需求数据调整控制指令生成CAN指令。构建主程序、采样中断程序及通讯中断程序,根据CAN指令控制充电桩模块运行,实现系统初始化、背景循环及故障检测。本发明通过WOA‑ARIMA模型来预测控制指令,加强了充电桩模块的预测能力和资源分配效率,更准确地预测充电需求,以及满足矿用高压输入,又可以实现高频高效率的充电模块化产品。
