The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted fuel cell online activation system, which comprises a fuel cell stack, a main DCDC control circuit electrically connected with the fuel cell stack, and a whole vehicle power system electrically connected with the output end of the main DCDC control circuit, and is characterized in that the main DCDC control circuit is also connected with an activation DCDC circuit in parallel. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses an on-line activation method of the vehicle-mounted fuel cell. The method comprises the following steps: S1, fitting an initial stack voltage curve; s2, a monitoring mode; s3, an online activation mode; and S4, after activating the DCDC circuit to trigger and start for 5-10 minutes, entering the S2 system monitoring mode again, namely circularly alternating the steps S2 and S3 until the S2 immediately monitors that the S3 needs to be started after the S3 is completed, and at the moment, the vehicle-mounted fuel cell needs to be disassembled to be overhauled or scrapped.

    本发明公开了一种车载燃料电池在线活化系统,它包括燃料电池电堆,与燃料电池电堆电连接的主DCDC控制电路,以及与主DCDC控制电路输出端电连接的整车动力系统,其特征在于:所述主DCDC控制电路还并联有一活化DCDC电路。同时本发明也公开了一种车载燃料电池在线活化方法,它包括如下步骤:S1.拟合初始电堆电压曲线;S2.监控模式;S3.在线活化模式;S4.活化DCDC电路触发启动5‑10分钟后,再次进入S2系统监控模式,即S2和S3步骤循环交替,直至S3完成后S2马上监控到又要启动S3,此时车载燃料电池需要拆下线下检修或报废。
