One or more embodiments of the invention provide an unlocking method and system for an intelligent door lock, the method is applied to a door lock management platform, and the method comprises the following steps: responding to first identity information of a user and a currently triggered floor set which are acquired and sent by an elevator control system when the elevator control system detects that the user is located in an elevator car; judging whether the floor set contains floors corresponding to the first identity information or not; if yes, a first message is sent to information acquisition equipment corresponding to the floor, so that the information acquisition equipment responds to the first message, second identity information of the user is acquired, and the second identity information is sent to a door lock management platform; in response to the second identity information, a second message is sent to the intelligent door lock corresponding to the second identity information, so that the intelligent door lock responds to the second message, and when it is detected that the distance between the user and the intelligent door lock is not larger than a threshold value, unlocking operation is executed. According to the invention, the safety and reliability of the automatic unlocking operation of the intelligent door lock can be improved.
