The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft structure health detection, and discloses an aircraft landing gear intelligent load calculation method based on a recurrent neural network, and the method comprises the following steps: calibrating an improved aircraft landing gear strain-load data collection mode according to a ground calibration experiment; establishing a sensing network; applying a pressure load to the to-be-tested system, and collecting and feeding back spectral data by a preset sensor; preprocessing the measured data to obtain initial training data; normalizing the data, inputting the data into a CNN layer, and extracting data spatial features and useful local modes; constructing a GRU layer to further process the data; and finally, summarizing data features by a full connection layer according to the hidden state in the previous step, and outputting load predicted values of the xyz three axes. According to the method, the CNN-GRU hybrid neural network is constructed to perform spatial and temporal feature extraction on the data, so that high-precision prediction under the simulated reality condition is realized.

    本发明涉及飞机结构健康检测技术领域,公开了一种基于循环神经网络的飞机起落架智能载荷计算方法,包括以下步骤:依据地面标定实验改进的飞机起落架应变‑载荷数据采集方式;建立感测网络;对待测系统施加压力载荷,再由预设传感器采集并反馈光谱数据;对所测得的数据进行预处理,得到初始训练数据;将数据归一化后输入CNN层提取数据空间特征及有用的局部模式;构建GRU层对数据进行进一步的处理;最后由全连接层根据前步的隐藏状态,总结数据特征输出xyz三轴的负载预测值。本发明中,通过构建CNN‑GRU混合神经网络,对数据进行空间和时间上的特征提取,实现了模拟现实情况下的高精度预测。
