The invention provides a multi-jack synchronous lifting control method of a numerical control hydraulic jack. The method comprises the following steps: calculating through a plurality of groups of lifting experiments to obtain a function relational expression group of the lifting speed of each stage of hydraulic cylinder of each jack and the analog quantity signal numerical value of a proportional electromagnetic valve; one of the roofs is set as an active roof, the other roofs are set as following roofs, and synchronous ascending or synchronous descending is started; determining the hydraulic cylinder stage number according to the actual height of each roof in real time so as to determine and call the function relation between the lifting speed of the hydraulic cylinder with the corresponding stage number and the analog quantity signal value of the proportional electromagnetic valve to control the output of the analog quantity signal value of the proportional electromagnetic valve; the displacement error between the following roof and the active roof is monitored in real time, and the speed of the following roof is corrected according to the displacement error; and when it is detected that the lifting height is reached, the synchronous lifting program is ended. According to the method, it can be guaranteed that the multiple hydraulic cylinders have high synchronous movement precision and positioning precision, transverse extension can be achieved, the multiple hydraulic cylinders are controlled to operate synchronously at high precision, and the method can be applied to many occasions.

    本发明提供了一种数控液压千斤顶多顶同步升降控制方法,包括如下步骤:通过多组升降实验计算得到每个顶各级液压缸升降速度与比例电磁阀模拟量信号数值的函数关系式组;将其中1台顶设置为主动顶,其他各台顶设置为跟随顶,启动同步升或同步降;实时根据各顶的实际高度确定的液压缸级数,从而确定调用对应级数液压缸升降速度与比例电磁阀模拟量信号数值的函数关系式控制输出比例电磁阀模拟量信号数值;实时监控跟随顶与主动顶之间的位移误差,根据位移误差对跟随顶速度进行修正;检测到升降高度已经达到,同步升程序结束。该方法能保证多顶具有很高的同步运动精度和定位精度,且可以横向扩展,控制多台液压缸高精度同步运行,可在众多场合应用。
