The invention relates to the field of aircrafts, and discloses a thermophotovoltaic power generation system for a hypersonic flight vehicle and the hypersonic flight vehicle, the thermophotovoltaic power generation system for the hypersonic flight vehicle comprises an engine and a thermophotovoltaic assembly, the engine comprises a first channel arranged in the side wall of a combustion chamber and used for conveying fuel; the thermophotovoltaic assembly converts heat energy in the combustion cavity into electric energy, is opposite to the first channel and is used for exchanging heat with the first channel. The thermal photovoltaic assembly is arranged in the combustion cavity, absorbs heat generated by combustion and converts the heat into electric energy, thermal protection of the combustion chamber is achieved, sufficient electric quantity can be provided for the aircraft, and the power utilization requirement of the aircraft is met. And the thermophotovoltaic module is cooled through the fuel flowing in the first channel in the side wall, so that the thermoelectric conversion performance of the thermophotovoltaic module is improved.
