The invention provides a sanding device and a rail locomotive. The sanding device comprises a sand box and a sand amount detection mechanism. The sand box is used for accommodating sand; the sand amount detection mechanism comprises a sensor and a processor; the sensor is arranged in the sand box and is used for generating an electric signal in real time according to the sand amount in the sand box; the processor is connected to the sensor and an interaction module on a control board of a cab of the rail locomotive, and the processor is used for receiving the electric signal sent by the sensor, calculating sand amount information of the sand box according to the electric signal and interacting the sand amount information with a user through the interaction module. Through the design, the electric signal is generated in real time by utilizing the sensor according to the sand amount, so that real-time monitoring on the residual sand amount in the sand box is realized, whether sand is added or not can be selected according to the monitored sand amount when the rail locomotive is put in storage, sand does not need to be added again every time the rail locomotive is put in storage, unnecessary work is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本公开提出一种撒砂装置及轨道机车,撒砂装置包括砂箱以及砂量检测机构;砂箱用于容纳砂料;砂量检测机构包括传感器及处理器;传感器设置于砂箱内,传感器用于根据砂箱内的砂量实时地生成电信号;处理器连接于传感器和轨道机车的司机室的操纵台上的交互模块,处理器用于接收传感器发出的电信号,根据电信号计算砂箱的砂量信息,并将砂量信息经由交互模块与用户交互。通过上述设计,本公开利用传感器根据砂量实时地生成电信号,据此实现对砂箱内部的剩余砂量的实时监测,从而在轨道机车入库时可以根据监测到的砂量选择是否加砂,无需每次入库时均重新加砂,减少了不必要的工作,提升工作效率。
