According to the invention, the fault diagnosis of the high-voltage accessory key part of the electric vehicle battery system is realized, the safety and reliability of the electric vehicle battery system can be improved, and the safety of the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted personnel is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车电池系统高压附件故障诊断装置和方法,将故障诊断系统与高压负载并联于高压母线;所述故障诊断系统包括信号生成模块与数据采集模块,通过数据采集模块获取响应电流信号;将响应电流信号分解为多个时序原型特征,并计算各个原型特征的原型匹配度并合并成匹配度向量作为故障征兆模糊向量,得到模糊诊断矩阵,进而建立故障征兆模糊向量与故障模式模糊向量之间的关系,从故障模式模糊向量中选取隶属度最大的数值所对应的模式,即得到电动汽车电池系统高压附件故障。本发明不仅实现电动汽车电池系统高压附件关键部件的故障诊断,而且可以提高电动汽车电池系统的安全性与可靠性,保障车辆及车载人员安全。
