The invention discloses a lifting system of a large truss structure and a synchronous lifting method of the lifting system, which comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of vertical support columns on the horizontal ground at equal intervals, marking any one support column at the outermost edge as a joint support column, erecting a temporary support frame below the joint support column, synchronous lifting devices are arranged on the supporting columns, the joint supporting columns and the temporary supporting frames; a hoisted object is placed on the horizontal ground in the connecting line direction of the supporting columns, and the hoisted object is of a large truss structure; a plurality of first hydraulic lifters and second hydraulic lifters which are synchronously controlled to lift through a computer are arranged above the length direction of the large truss structure, so that the large truss structure can be horizontally lifted to a mounting position under the condition of ensuring the overall levelness of the large truss structure; and the safety of the large truss structure in the hoisting process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种大型桁架结构的提升系统及其同步提升方法,包括在水平地面上等距设置若干竖向的支撑柱,并将任意一个最边缘的支撑柱记为接头支撑柱,在接头支撑柱的下方架设临时支撑架,支撑柱、接头支撑柱和临时支撑架上均设置有同步提升装置;沿若干支撑柱连线方向的水平地面上放置有被吊物品,被吊物品为大型桁架结构;通过在大型桁架结构长度分方向的上方设置若干个通过计算机同步控制提升的第一液压提升器和第二液压提升器,可以在保证大型桁架结构整体水平度的情况下将大型桁架结构水平的提升至安装位置,增加大型桁架结构吊装过程的安全性。
