The invention relates to a vehicle-to-vehicle charging control method and device, electronic equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product, and the vehicle-to-vehicle charging control method in some embodiments comprises the steps: determining whether a pulse discharge starting condition is satisfied or not in a process of receiving the charging of a charged vehicle; under the condition that the pulse discharging starting condition is met, a pulse discharging request is sent to the charging vehicle, discharging is conducted, and the pulse discharging request is used for indicating the charging vehicle to stop charging; and when a pulse discharge ending condition is reached, sending a charging request to the charging vehicle to request the charging vehicle to recover charging. Based on the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the safety in the vehicle-to-vehicle charging process can be improved.
