The invention provides a multi-queue parallel logistics reservation queuing system and method, and relates to the technical field of logistics management, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the alignment of a plurality of queues of a logistics park and the real-time data, such as vehicle arrival time, parking lot capacity, loading and unloading equipment states, external traffic and environment information, collected at a parking lot, generating a multi-dimensional data set; then, target data and abnormal indication data required by queuing scheduling are extracted from the multi-dimensional data set by using a sparse reconstruction technology so as to detect potential problems such as faults, congestion and mismatching of vehicle appointments; and generating a multi-queue parallel queuing scheduling scheme based on the target data and the vehicle reservation information, and issuing the multi-queue parallel queuing scheduling scheme to vehicles and operators through a network or a mobile terminal. And when an abnormal condition is detected, the system dynamically adjusts the queuing scheme, and performs cross-queue cooperative scheduling when necessary, so that the vehicle turnover efficiency and the park operation capability are improved.
