The invention relates to a rear floor framework and a vehicle, the rear floor framework comprises a longitudinal beam part, a cross beam part, a reinforcing beam and an anti-collision part, the longitudinal beam part and the cross beam part form an integrally formed frame structure, the reinforcing beam is connected with the longitudinal beam part in the transverse direction and is located on the vertical bisector of the longitudinal beam part, and the anti-collision part is located on the reinforcing beam. The anti-collision part is detachably connected to the rear side of the longitudinal beam part.
