The invention discloses a gas taking device, an engine assembly and a vehicle. The gas taking device comprises a front end module, a flow guide plate and a gas inlet extending channel structure. The front end module is provided with a communication port used for being communicated with an air inlet of an engine. The guide plate is arranged on one side of the front end module, and a first air inlet is formed in the guide plate; the air inlet extension channel structure is connected with the flow guide plate and the front end module in a sealed mode to define an air inlet sealing cavity, and the air inlet sealing cavity is communicated with the first air inlet and the communication opening. Therefore, high-temperature gas can be effectively prevented from flowing back or entering the gas inlet sealing cavity through gaps among the gas inlet extension channel structure, the guide plate and the front-end module and flowing to the gas inlet of the engine, the sealing performance of the gas taking device is improved, backflow of the high-temperature gas of the engine at idle speed and low speed is reduced, and the service life of the engine is prolonged. Knocking of the engine caused by high air inlet temperature is avoided, and the service life of the engine is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种取气装置、发动机总成和车辆,取气装置包括:前端模块、导流板和进气延伸通道结构。前端模块设有连通口,连通口用以连通发动机的进气口;导流板设于前端模块上的一侧,导流板上形成有第一进气口;进气延伸通道结构与导流板和前端模块分别密封连接限定出进气密封腔体,进气密封腔体连通第一进气口和所述连通口。由此,可以有效防止高温气体回流或者通过进气延伸通道结构与导流板和前端模块之间的缝隙进入进气密封腔体并流向发动机进气口,提高取气装置的密封性,减少发动机在怠速和低速下高温气体的回流,避免发动机因进气温度高而产生爆震,延长发动机的使用寿命。
