The invention discloses an energy recovery method, device and equipment, a readable storage medium and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps of determining target recovery intensity of a vehicle based on obtained recovery intensity reference information of the vehicle; wherein the recovery strength reference information comprises driving configuration information of the vehicle and the road surface adhesion capability of a road where the vehicle is located; and determining a target recovery torque of the vehicle according to the target recovery strength, and performing energy recovery through the target recovery torque. The driving configuration information can reflect personalized selection of the user, so that the road adhesion capability can reflect a real driving environment. Therefore, the method not only can meet the requirements of the user, but also can meet the requirements of the real driving environment, so that the determined target recovery intensity is more accurate. Therefore, the target recovery moment determined by the accurate target recovery strength is more accurate, and the effect of energy recovery through the accurate target recovery moment is better.
