The invention relates to the technical field of shock absorbers, in particular to a guide type double-piston variable damping shock absorber which comprises a shock absorption cylinder and a piston rod, the shock absorption cylinder internally comprises an upper piston and a lower piston which are tightly attached, the outer edge of the upper piston is provided with evenly-distributed grooves, and the center of the upper piston is in a perfect circular hollow shape; the outer edge of the lower piston is circular, the diameter of the lower piston is smaller than that of the outer edge of the upper piston, and the central part of the lower piston is a rounded square hollow matched with the piston rod in shape and position; the guide flange is arranged on the inner wall of the damping cylinder and meshed with a groove in the outer edge of the upper piston; the upper piston and the lower piston are both provided with symmetrical crescent hollows, and the coincidence area of the hollows is changed through relative rotation of the upper piston and the lower piston when the piston rod moves. The damper is large in damping change range, free of complex parts, low in cost, high in reliability, low in failure risk, easy to miniaturize, small in influence caused by abrasion, linear and controllable.

    本发明涉及减震器技术领域,尤其是涉及一种导向式双活塞可变阻尼减震器,包括减震筒和活塞杆,所述减震筒内包括:紧密相贴的上活塞和下活塞,所述上活塞的外缘设有均匀分布的凹槽,中心部为正圆形镂空;所述下活塞的外缘为圆形且直径小于上活塞的外缘直径,中心部为与所述活塞杆相互形位配合的圆角正方形镂空;导向凸缘,所述导向凸缘设在所述减震筒内壁,与所述上活塞外缘的凹槽相咬合;所述上活塞和下活塞上均设有对称的月牙形镂空,通过活塞杆运动时上下活塞相对旋转改变镂空重合面积。本发明阻尼变化范围大,无需复杂零件,在成本低的同时可靠性高,失效风险低,易于小型化,磨损导致的影响小、线性且可控。
