Compared with the prior art, the transverse rod and the supporting rod are arranged, the transverse rod is rotationally connected with the fixing rod so that the transverse rod can drive materials to move to the designated position, meanwhile, the included angle between the fixing rod and the supporting rod is alpha, the included angle between the transverse rod and the supporting rod is beta, and the included angle beta is set to be larger than the included angle alpha, so that the torque of the transverse rod is effectively reduced; and the stress stability of the transverse rod is enhanced.
