本发明提供了一种绳缆固定结构及电梯。所述绳缆固定结构,包括圆管状梁体、固定装置、绳头棒以及绳缆固定导向装置;绳缆由圆管状梁体的一侧沿圆管状梁体的表面包覆后,再由绳头棒的一侧沿绳头棒的表面包覆;绳缆固定导向装置位于固定装置与圆管状梁体之间,绕过绳头棒的绳缆穿过绳缆固定导向装置与固定装置之间;穿过绳缆固定导向装置与固定装置之间的绳缆由固定装置固定在圆管状梁体上。本发明采用圆管状结构代替槽钢结构作为轿顶横梁,简化了安装流程。本发明将轿顶横梁设计为圆管状结构,并将绳缆缠绕在圆管状梁体上,借助欧拉公式的原理,使得绳缆固定结构的得以简化,实现了电梯顶部空间的高度减小,降低了电梯对顶层高度的要求。
