The invention discloses an overall design method and an overall structure of a closed flat satellite, belongs to the field of satellite main structures, on-satellite load layout design and cable networks, and particularly relates to integrated design of the cable networks, on-satellite load layout and the satellite main structures. The problems that in an existing closed flat satellite, space in a cabin is limited, so that layout design of cable wiring is difficult, cable layout is complex, the space utilization rate is low, the weight is increased, and then the performance of the whole satellite is affected are solved. The overall structure comprises a satellite main body structure, various single-machine loads and a cable network; the various single-machine loads and the cable network adopt an integrated structure design. The overall design method and the overall structure of the closed flat plate satellite are suitable for providing the closed flat plate satellite which is high in space utilization rate, light in weight and suitable for batch production.
