The invention provides a combined fleet fault early warning method and system based on intelligent monitoring, and relates to the technical field of data processing, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the power data of a main propulsion ship, and the course data, navigation data and connection device data of a fleet, obtaining a fleet data set, and analyzing the fleet data set to obtain a fault early warning result; propulsive power parameters, course change parameters, navigation synchronization parameters and connection stress parameters are obtained, the state relation between ships is determined, a fleet operation state evaluation matrix is obtained, and anomaly detection is carried out on the propulsive power parameters, the course change parameters, the navigation synchronization parameters and the connection stress parameters according to the evaluation matrix; determining whether abnormal parameters exceeding the preset parameter group exist or not, obtaining abnormal parameter data, analyzing the influence degree of the abnormal parameters on the fleet according to the abnormal parameter data, obtaining a fault influence range, setting an early warning level for the fault according to the fault influence range, and generating early warning information. According to the invention, fleet faults are identified through intelligent monitoring and early warning is carried out.

    本发明提供一种基于智能监测的组合船队故障预警方法及系统,涉及数据处理技术领域,所述方法包括:采集主推进船的动力数据及船队的航向数据、航行数据和连接装置数据,得到船队数据集,通过对船队数据集进行分析,得到推进动力参数、航向变化参数、航行同步参数和连接受力参数,确定船舶之间的状态关系,得到船队运行状态评估矩阵,并根据其对推进动力参数、航向变化参数、航行同步参数和连接受力参数进行异常检测,确定是否存在超出预设参数组的异常参数,得到异常参数数据,根据异常参数数据,分析异常参数对船队的影响程度,得到故障影响范围,并根据其对故障设定预警等级,生成预警信息。本发明通过智能监测识别船队故障并进行预警。
