The intelligent mine car comprises a mine car bucket, the lower end of the mine car bucket is fixedly connected with a tray support, the outer surface of the lower end of the tray support is slidably connected with a supporting framework, the two ends of the supporting framework are fixedly connected with extending sleeves, and the inner sides of the extending sleeves are fixedly connected with pushing and stretching mechanisms. The inner side of the pushing and stretching mechanism is rotationally connected with a moving assembly. According to the mine machinery, the fastening rods are arranged on the outer sides of the rails for tightening and clamping, and the rail wheels are arranged on the inner sides of the rails for outward expansion, so that the mine car can be rapidly decelerated on the rails, and the mine car can be decelerated within a short distance; and sliding of the tramcar can be avoided by clamping the rail, the effect of rapidly reducing the traveling speed of the tramcar until the tramcar stops is achieved, and the problems that the braking effect of the tramcar in a ramp is poor and the tramcar is prone to sliding after stopping are solved.

    本发明提供一种矿山机械用于矿洞下应急的智能矿车,涉及矿车技术领域。该矿山机械用于矿洞下应急的智能矿车,包括矿车斗,矿车斗下端固定连接有托盘支架,托盘支架下端外表面滑动连接有支撑骨架,支撑骨架两端均固定连接有延伸套管,延伸套管内侧固定连接有推伸机构,推伸机构内侧转动连接有移动组件。该矿山机械用于矿洞下应急的智能矿车,通过在轨道外侧设置紧固杆进行收紧夹持,通过在轨道内侧设置轨道轮进行向外扩张,使矿车能够在轨道上快速的减速,使矿车能够在较短的距离内实现减速,且通过对轨道的夹持能够避免矿车的滑动,达到了快速减缓矿车行进速度直至停止的效果,解决了坡道内矿车制动效果较差且容易出现停止后滑行的问题。
