The invention provides an in-vehicle inversion power supply control method and device and a vehicle-mounted terminal. The method comprises the steps of reading a vehicle internal power supply interface temperature value, a vehicle internal communication state, a first switch adhesion detection result in a vehicle power supply circuit, a second switch adhesion detection result in the vehicle power supply circuit and a voltage interlocking result in the vehicle power supply circuit based on a target electric appliance power utilization signal, and generating a vehicle internal inversion signal; and controlling the first switch and the second switch according to the in-vehicle inversion signal and the working mode of the vehicle-mounted charger so as to normally supply power to the target electric appliance through a power supply interface in the vehicle. By adaptively adjusting the power supply strategy, the target electric appliance can normally supply power through the power supply interface in the vehicle in different vehicle-mounted charger working modes, so that more efficient energy utilization and more stable power supply output are realized, and the use requirement of the target electric appliance in the vehicle is met.
