The battery management system comprises a charging gun seat, and the charger is connected with the charging gun seat of the battery management system through a charging gun; a guiding circuit is arranged in the charging gun base, and the battery management system changes the sampling voltage of the charger through the guiding circuit. According to the electric vehicle charging system and the reservation charging interaction method provided by the invention, the reservation charging function of the electric vehicle is realized through the ordered interaction of the BMS and the charger in combination with a reasonable control strategy.
