The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a current suspension gear and a target suspension gear of air suspension; an air suspension adjusting strategy is determined according to the current suspension gear, and the suspension gear of the air suspension is adjusted according to the adjusting strategy; according to the method, the specific adjusting strategy is determined through the current suspension gear, so that the determined adjusting strategy can better meet the adjusting requirement of the current suspension gear, then the suspension gear adjusted according to the adjusting strategy serves as the new current suspension gear, and if the new current suspension gear is not matched with the target suspension gear, the target suspension gear is adjusted according to the new current suspension gear. If yes, the adjusting strategy is determined again according to the new current suspension gear and the target suspension gear until the current suspension gear of the air suspension is matched with the target suspension gear, so that the adjusted suspension gear of the air suspension is the same as the target suspension gear, and the adjusting accuracy of the air suspension is guaranteed.
