The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-86 parts of natural rubber, 14-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 35-55 parts of conductive carbon black, 2-4 parts of zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1.8-2.2 parts of an accelerant, 0.1-0.2 part of a scorch retarder and 1.6-2.8 parts of sulfur, and the total part number of the natural rubber and the butadiene rubber is 100. According to the formula, the conductive carbon black with a developed structure is adopted to replace expensive materials such as carbon nano tube graphene, the tire rubber is manufactured by using the formula, the requirements of conductivity, wetland braking and rolling resistance required by tires can be met at the same time, meanwhile, the cost is reduced, the processing technology is improved, and the service life of the tire rubber is prolonged. The technical problems that a high-conductivity and high-performance tire is high in manufacturing cost and complex in manufacturing process are solved.
本发明公开了一种轿车轮胎用高导电低滚阻胎面基部胶的配方及其制备方法,涉及橡胶轮胎技术领域,用于解决高导电高性能轮胎制造成本高、制造工艺复杂的技术问题,其配方包括以下重量份数的组分:天然橡胶70‑86份、顺丁橡胶14‑30份、导电炭黑35‑55份、氧化锌2‑4份、硬脂酸1‑2份、防老剂3‑5份、促进剂1.8‑2.2份、防焦剂0.1‑0.2份、硫磺1.6‑2.8份,其中天然橡胶与顺丁橡胶的总份数为100份,本配方采用结构发达的导电炭黑代替价格昂贵的碳纳米管石墨烯等材料,利用本配方制造轮胎橡胶,可以同时满足轮胎所需的导电性,湿地制动和滚动阻力的要求,同时降低了成本,并且改善了加工工艺,解决了高导电高性能轮胎制造成本高、制造工艺复杂的技术问题。
