A monitoring system is installed and debugged before section adding operation, cameras are erected at the positions of a cargo boom, a balance arm and the like, an online system is used for debugging and butt joint, remote monitoring management of the whole construction process is achieved, the monitoring cameras are erected at the high-altitude position, a high-altitude view angle except a conventional side station mode is provided for management personnel, and the construction efficiency is improved. Therefore, more details in the construction process can be paid attention to, and the side station supervision level is improved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,具体涉及一种新型塔式起重机加降节监管施工方法及装置,包括以下步骤:步骤S01:在起重臂中部、平衡臂中部、司机室和顶升套架作业平台上架设网络摄像机和对讲系统,使用线上系统调试对接,确保线上管理人员能够实时监控和调度现场作业,并后续加节过程,塔下旁站人员通过线上监控系统全程监控现场作业。本发明在进行加节作业前先进行监控系统安装调试,在起重臂、平衡臂等位置架设摄像机,并使用线上系统调试对接,实现对施工全过程远程监控管理,通过在高空位置架设监控摄像机,为管理人员提供常规旁站模式之外的高空视角,由此可以关注更多施工过程中的细节,提升旁站监管水平。
