The embodiment of the invention provides a PCTC stand column turnover clamp tool which comprises two L-shaped grab hooks, each L-shaped grab hook comprises a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm which are of an integrated structure, the internal corner parts of the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm are right angles, a lifting hole is formed in the end of the first clamping arm, a tensioning cable is fixedly connected to the lifting hole, and the other end of the first clamping arm is provided with a clamping groove. In the lifting state, the two sets of L-shaped grappling hooks are correspondingly clamped at the positions of two opposite-angle edges of the PCTC stand column, the intersection point of the sling and the tensioning rope is located at the position of the edge, not provided with the L-shaped grappling hook, of the top of the PCTC stand column, and the tensioning rope is connected with the sling. The tensioning cable is attached to the surface of the PCTC stand column and is in a tightened state. According to the embodiment of the invention, the turnover of the PCTC stand column is realized by matching the L-shaped claw hooks with the flexible tensioning cable, so that the damage to the base material of the PCTC stand column is avoided, the workload of welding and dismounting the hanger and polishing after dismounting is avoided, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明实施例提供了一种PCTC立柱翻身夹具工装,包括两组L型抓钩,所述L型抓钩包括一体结构的第一夹臂和第二夹臂,所述第一夹臂和第二夹臂的阴角部位为直角,所述第一夹臂的端部开设有吊孔,且吊孔处固定连接有张紧索,两组L型抓钩上连接的张紧索于吊索处交汇并与吊索连接固定,起吊状态时,两组L型抓钩对应卡在PCTC立柱互为对角的两条棱边位置,所述吊索与张紧索的交汇点位于PCTC立柱顶部不设置L型抓钩的棱边位置,且所述张紧索贴设在PCTC立柱的表面并处于绷紧状态。本发明实施例通过L型抓钩配合柔性的张紧索实现PCTC立柱的翻身,既避免了对PCTC立柱母材的破坏,又免除了吊码焊接和拆除以及拆除后打磨的工作量,有效提高了工作效率。
