The invention relates to a convenient measuring device for the abrasion loss of an elevator traction sheave, which comprises a strip-shaped mounting seat and a detection probe assembly, and is characterized in that the detection probe assembly comprises a swing seat, a telescopic frame, an angle sensor and a distance sensor; the swinging seat is rotationally connected with the mounting seat, and the rotating axis is perpendicular to the length direction of the mounting seat; the first end of the telescopic frame is rotationally connected with a roller abutting against the bottom face of the traction annular groove, and the second end of the telescopic frame is elastically and slidably connected with the swing base. The angle sensor is mounted on the mounting seat, and the detection input end of the angle sensor is connected with the rotating shaft of the swing seat; the distance sensor is installed on the swing seat, and the detection end of the distance sensor is arranged opposite to the second end of the telescopic frame. Through the deflectable detection probe assembly, the technical problem that a traditional detection device can only detect the abrasion loss in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the traction wheel and cannot detect offset abrasion is solved.

    本发明涉及一种电梯曳引轮磨损量便捷测量装置,包括:长条状安装座和检测探头组件,检测探头组件包括摆动座、伸缩架、角度传感器和距离传感器;摆动座与安装座转动连接,且其转动轴线垂直于安装座的长度方向;伸缩架的第一端转动连接有与曳引环槽底面抵接的滚轮,伸缩架的第二端与摆动座弹性滑动连接;角度传感器安装在安装座上,且其检测输入端与摆动座的转轴连接;距离传感器安装在摆动座上,且其检测端与伸缩架的第二端相对布置,本发明通过可偏转的检测探头组件,解决了传统的检测装置只能对垂直于曳引轮轴线方向的磨损量进行检测,不能检测偏移磨损的技术问题。
