The offshore charging pile floating system based on the HDPE floating breakwater comprises the floating breakwater, a floating platform, a power generation device, a storage battery pack, a charging pile, a data center and a control unit, the floating breakwater is of an annular structure with a notch, the floating platform is arranged in the center of the floating breakwater, and a plurality of anchor chains are arranged at the bottom of the floating platform. The floating breakwater comprises a plurality of HDPE buoyancy tank modules, and all the HDPE buoyancy tank modules are sequentially arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and connected with the seabed through a plurality of sets of anchor cables. The interior of the floating platform is provided with an independent counterweight water cabin and a control cabin, and the storage battery pack and the data center are disposed in the control cabin. The multiple charging piles are annularly and evenly arranged on the top of the floating platform. The control unit comprises an attitude sensor, a wave radar and an AI scheduling module. The floating breakwater effectively resists sea wave impact, enables wave energy to be efficiently attenuated, reduces the height of waves in an internal area of the floating breakwater, and maintains the stability and safety of marine charging of a ship.
本发明公开了一种基于HDPE浮式防波堤的海上充电桩漂浮系统,包括浮式防波堤、漂浮平台、发电装置、蓄电池组、充电桩、数据中心和控制单元,浮式防波堤为具有缺口的圆环状结构,漂浮平台设在浮式防波堤的中心,其底部通过设置有多个锚链。浮式防波堤包括多个HDPE浮箱模块,所有HDPE浮箱模块由沿着圆周方向依次等间隔布置,并通过多组锚索与海床相连。漂浮平台内部具有独立的配重水舱和控制舱,蓄电池组及数据中心均设置于控制舱内部。充电桩有多个,呈环形均匀布置在漂浮平台的顶部。控制单元包括姿态传感器、波浪雷达和AI调度模块。本发明的浮式防波堤有效抵抗海浪冲击并使波浪能高效衰减,降低其内部区域的波浪高度,维持船舶海上充电的稳定和安全。
